Amazing selection of great beers. Good atmosphere to waste some time.

Not a fan of their beer (sours) but I can see why others are.

My wife and I would make a 4-hour drive from home just to visit O'so Brewing. The taproom is great (relatively quiet; no TV or loud noise), helpful staff, and an excellent selection of beers. We usually find that a craft brewery has one or two great beers and that the rest are average. O'so has a fantastic selection of beers, and, in our tastings, they have all been very good. Bring your own food from one of the many nearby restaurants.

I have to say I was excited when I found this place on Untapped on the way to Wausau. We stopped in and the atmosphere was like a hospital waiting room. I went to the bar to order 2 beers and it took awhile even though it wasn't busy. I finally placed my order with the bartender and she needed it repeated 2 more times. We ordered the Convenient Distraction and a DePecche peach milkshake IPA. We drank them both but we weren't impressed. It wasn't an inviting place at all. The drains at the taps are visible and there is dirt/stains on the steel. I'd think you'd want to show a bit more cleanliness, made me question what the beer lines looked like.

Been once , nice place little small but at least 20 on tap. Cool place to check out.

Stopped in with my son while I was visiting him at UWSP. We had the tour and tasted a few of their brews, I was not disappointed. It was great that the tour guide was knowledgeable on the process as we discussed the sours they were fermenting. I have since bought more O'so from my local distributor and haven't found a beer they make that I don't like.

Their blood of the cherry sour and doppelbock I had were outstanding

Went there at 3pm on friday. Tons of people and only one server there who was not friendly and a bit rude. In the store there were several people working....but obviously not willing to help. We will bring our jugs to the great dane or central waters next trip north. So much for a quick stop.

Best craft brews around. Service is great and so is the beer!

Was a excellent place to stop for a beer. They had so many varieties everyone can find a favorite.

Very disappointed in service came to the tap room at 3pm on a Saturday. Needed help with the very extensive menu. Help never came so we left.

I tried tried the o-toberfest today. Awful... To me it taste like cooked peas. So many good Oktoberfest beers out there... not this one.

A great place to come to sample numerous craft beers! No loud noise or music and no television either. A perfect place to have a good conversation with friends.

Delicious Beer (Lots of Choices). Friendly Staff. Clean Establishment. Not Dog Friendly :(. Outside seating with giant Jenga. Overall a Must Visit!!!

These folks know what they're doing! Professional bottling brewery. Not a brew pub. They have a wide variety of excellent brew and a great tap room to sample it in. Easily found in a strip mall (don't let that one fool you) two or three blocks west of the I-39/ cty. hwy. B exit 153 in Plover.

Great selection of both their own beers and other Wisconsin breweries. The bartenders are always really helpful too.

Dark, weird, everything is very sour. 13/10 would recommend Mikey’s next door.

Excellent atmosphere and awesome beers. In recent years they have really specialized in the sour beers. They offer a wide variety of styles though that will please any beer fan.

The beers are beyond great . Try the handcrafted sours, the darks are bar none. You will be tempted to visit other breweries, they are good , the brews at Oso are fuller and tastier.

Don't let the strip mall fool you. The tap room is nice and it is the actual brewery! Wide variety of beer styles and they are really expanding their sour selection. Beer tender had me sample several different sours and I must say I really enjoyed the variety of fruits from cherry to black raspberry to currant. Not sweet and not jaw clenching sour. I'm a hop head so it was nice to be challenged with a sour. Cheers

Great tap room, perfect place to come and try out a nice variety of beers. The Big O and Hopdinger are my go to drinks, but they usually have a few seasonal beers that are also worth a try—also great sours. Never any loud music or TVs so nice place for conversations.

When we stopped in they had 28 of their own beers on tap and an additional 12 Wisconsin brews. The sours are delicious. Place is cool.
